If you've never been inside The Cathedral Of The Madeleine, I highly recommend a visit there. It's a magnificent structure worthy of your time and admiration.

I lived only several blocks away for nearly a decade before doing so myself, but when I was contacted to shoot a few gigs there, I knew a location scout to determine which lighting gear I would need was in order. Once inside, I couldn't believe my eyes. Although not nearly as old as cathedrals I had visited while traveling through Europe, this place rivaled many of them and was absolutely stunning.

The Madeleine Choir School has several different choirs, but the choir pictured on the left is considered their Créme de la Créme. And during the summer months, this group of kids travels to perform in some of Europe's most impressive churches and cathedrals.
